Defense and promoting peasant agriculture, family, small - and medium-scale enterprises.
Promoting development of fair, inclusive, really competitive and socially responsible food markets.
Promotion and defense of food sovereignty of the nation and the right to food for the population.

Organizational principles of ANEC:

Social objectives of mutual aid and collective survival, democratic participation and control, social appropriation of the processes and benefits, self management and development.
