Institut Européen Conflits Cultures Coopérations

The European Institute "Conflits Cultures Coopérations"; (IECCC) proposes interventions of sensitizing and training, mediation and management consultant, at the national and international level. Its member´s work is endorsed by 25 years of experience in Approaches and the constructive transformation of conflicts (A.T.C.C.).

The institute pursues the following goals

to show that the conflicts are an innovation chances for a personal and collective-structural change;
to accompany, by the advice, the development of professional and social organizations, and in particular all that relates to the competence of the persons in charge;
to develop professional trainings in A.T.C.C. for trainers, leaders, etc;
to support the intercultural co-operation thanks to the advice and with the training;
to work out tools of training and advice which confer a central place to the people and to the groups in the development of their capacities of training;
to publish research on the topics above.

Our fields of intervention

formations (training courses, custom-made,professional) on the Approaches and the constructive transformation of the interpersonal, institutional and intercultural conflicts
of accompaniment of individuals or teams: coaching, advice, supervision, mediation;
operational advice: organisational audit, assistance with the implementation and intervention in situation.

We work with: professional unions, training companies, associations and NGO, schools, territorial collectivities, companies, the social health sector and mediation sector, in France and abroad.
