Global Cafe gathers in the 3rd meeting of mountain peoples of the world, organized by the World Mountain People Association - WMPA, which took place from September 25 to October 2, 2010 in Oloron-Sainte-Marie in the Pyrenees Atlantique. Over thirty delegations of the massifs of the world shared their experiences and contributed to the development of High Oloron Manifesto that says loud and clear that "the mountain time here!".

Global Café invites here Régis Carrère, pastoralists from the Ossau Valley to discuss the current claims of pastors who ask for more participation as local actors and historical guarantor of the landscapes in which they live today.
