  • For the implementation of policies allowing them to live in dignity and sustainably on their territories by enhancing their wealth
  • For the formation of new alliances North-South and South-South in order to improve their living conditions in a context of liberalization and globalization that threatens their future.

It must lead to the finalization and adoption of a platform of demands and proposals in the form of a PIM (International Programme for the Mountain).

This PIM will be presented to the States as part of an International Ministerial Conference on the Mountain.
