Bearers of the initiative:

AlimenTerra / CERAI Aragon

In order to further the goals of AlimenTerra, raises the question of the realization of youth workshops in July 2008. For the first year, these workshops should be carried out in countries such as England, Holland, France, Spain and Italy. Each one will last 15 days and will consist of a group of twenty people aged 16 to 30 years.

 

Each group will conduct workshops with the aim to achieve the following objectives:

  • Knowing and practicing "Bio" farming
  • Identify the biodiversity of the area of operations and propose an improving programme
  • Produce local food
  • Make culinary workshops to discover the local cuisine
  • To identify healthy foods of the area of operations
  • Knowing the rural area where activities are carried out
  • Promote and / or improve local markets in such area

In each country will be realized one or two trips a fortnight each.
