" The flow of information is at its peak. Climax: the Convention on Biodiversity, emanating from the Earth Summit in Rio in 1992, meet in October in Nagoya (Japan) 193 signatories of the Treaty. The 10th Conference of the Parties (COP 10) [1] was developed in Japan in the Congress Hall in Nagoya. It expects a massive presence of lobbyists.
