International training on participation and leadership in rural land management

This training aims to strengthen the capacities of the participants in the formulation of public policies on rural land development in 7 Latin American countries. The perspective is that of “Sumak Kawsay”, in general terms: the right right to food, food security and food sovereignty. The training consists of three modules combining presential courses, field visits and exchange of experiences.

The UiTC is an international venture for mutual enrichment. The idea is to collectively build the knowledge, involving various actors and without distinction. This construction must be based on the same values that held together the partners of the AiTC, which are the exchange and sharing of ideas and experiences and the acceptance of the complexity as an attitude and a form of approaching the world. Various legal forms in order to ensure the independent development of the UiTC were presented during this presentation.
