After two days of reflection, synthesis carried out by small groups led to several conclusions.
 
The points of interest and possible cooperation for the Services Center offered by Dao The Anh.

• The Service Center may initially be based on the experiences in Europe, in particular, carried out under the LEADER program. There is abundant documentation on the services of the European Commission will attempt to transmit to the Service Center. An exchange visit of people from the Service Center into the experiences LEADER Spain / Italy / France should be envisaged. An application must be made in this regard.

• To seek adequate financial support. The IFAD and FIDAR should be mobilized on the Vietnamese issue, and the association PHANO could be proposed in order to be the mediator between themselves and the Service Center.

• For training and cases of action-research model Service Center can play various roles:
  
        • Advise and assist initiatives
  
        • Incitement to social movement
  
        • Building rural development methods.
  
  It will be important to share these Phano experiences with the Sustainable Earth Alliance.

• The action-research method seems particularly suited to the Vietnamese situation. A documentation on this method, its interest and its limits, would be helpful testimony. Accueil Paysan's experience in Brazil could also lead to contacts. A relationship between Phano and CONTAG will be developed.

• PHANO has a study on rural development since 1989, this approach should be pursued in relation to the study resulting from the journal of the Sustainable Earth Alliance.

• The issue of training of social leaders seem fundamental: what to do and how to intervene in a different way  from the Vietnamese government? This point is especially important for the association Phano, this approach is new.
  

• It is important to strengthen the exchange of action-research methods, methods of animation of farmers exchange, methods of training community leaders in the form of text or EcaDim method (case study multiple dimensions).

• It seems important to convince the Vietnamese government to change the approach to the supply chain. Should organize an exchange of experiences on development initiatives in the sectors in Africa and Vietnam.

• On the rural tourism: A reflection of departure, the respect for the values and culture of the Vietnamese should be undertaken. Sustainable Earth Alliance can help exchanges between different countries: Morocco / Brazil / Bolivia / Spain / France.

•  Accueil Paysan must continue the work of exchanging compromised. An invitation of peasant leaders in France could be the next step. A meeting between Accueil Paysan delegates from different countries  and dissemination of information would allow further work on the exchange. The definition of a pilot experience in Vietnam, along with a corresponding training of interested farmers. SAPA, a tourist area seems to be a good alternative.
